Long-term Major Water Supply Project Milestone Commitments

The following milestone commitments are agreed to for the large water supply project:

• Project description to PSC--January 15, 2007

• Preliminary conceptual design--Sept. 30, 2007 (facility/site layout, plant hydraulic gradient, process description, design basis)

• Submit DEIS and all required environmental permit applications--Sept. 30, 2008

• Complete pilot plant studies, if required--Dec. 31, 2009

• Obtain environmental permits--Sept. 30, 2010

• Complete 50% design--Sept. 30, 2011

• Begin construction--May 31, 2013

• In-service--Dec. 31, 2015
