The Ramapo Town Board (St. Lawrence, Friedman, Stein, Hunter and Yager) approves "surveying the 86-acre landfill as part of the legal process for the site to be subject to economic redevelopment." This same group had met with Puddingstone reps and engineers in a workshop on July 9.August 1, 2008 Journal News publishes story about the Puddingstone application, and we post "Building Condos on the Dump," which traces the first $5,500 delivered to St. Lawrence’s personal political fund.
March 13, 2009 Gershon Alexander resurfaces as central figure in a RICO investigation, which is part of a lawsuit concerning an alleged swindle of an elderly woman.
