Meyers offered help in time of need

I do not live in Airmont Trustee and Legislature candidate Joseph Meyer's 12th legislative district. I am infuriated by the lies I have been reading about Meyers by his opponent Pat Withers. I know the Meyers family in a very special way. When my father was dying I needed their help. Carrie Meyers called Joe out of a business meeting to help me. Not only did he prepare legal papers for me without any charge but he paid the filing fees and would not accept any money from me. My grief was overwhelming and I don't know what I would have done if the Meyers' weren't there to help me. Joe is such an honest decent wonderful person. Joe gives with his whole heart and expects nothing in return. The Meyers are simply acquaintances of mine. They would be there for anybody.

His standard of professionalism is of the highest integrity and he somehow combines that with thoughtfulness, kindness and a positive attitude. I want people to know the real Joseph Meyers, not the person Pat Withers is trying to portray him as.
